We collect information you give us directly - your name, phone number, email, travel dates and preferences - when you message us on WhatsApp, fill in a form on this site, or subscribe to our newsletter. We also automatically collect basic technical data (such as browser type, device and pages visited) through standard website analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, plan and book the services you request (hotels, transfers, tables, tours and similar), send you trip-related updates, and - only if you opted in - send our monthly newsletter. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

4. Sharing your information

We share your information only with the third parties needed to fulfil your request - hotels, drivers, restaurants and other partners you book through us - and with service providers who help us run this website (such as hosting and analytics). We never sell your personal information.
